Affiliate programs can make you lots of money.  But how??
Have a website? Thinking of opening a website?
Read on!

What do I need to do?

A. Build a site. Remember, it is important to have a content and design which is geared to one purpose or one particular idea. There are several online resources to help - webmonkey.com , htmlcodetutorial.com, wordpress . Do you want to offer coupons and deals, shopping comparision site, or a niche site which is a site not being used as a shopping site but a content site. The  niche/content site usually has affiliate links which relate your overall content. Here is an example of one of my niche site applecontrol.com. The site is dedicated to iPhones/iPods and Apple products. Any links I add relate to those items.

B. Then you'll need good affiliate programs to promote. I already mentioned Amazon's program. There are many out there.

Here's a partial list of affiliate programs with numerous products and sellers to promote:

1.ClickBank - one of the more popular programs. The majority of their sellers have products that are instantly delivered. Downloadable files/programs, access to private websites. If, you're a seller (vendor) and would like to sell your product on ClickBank, click here.

2. Commission Junction - one of the largest site. Has a very diverse group of vendors.

3. Hydra - affiliate network with more exclusive campaigns.

4. Linkshare - affiliate program similar to Commission Junction.

Include either a Google or Yahoo sponsor link section. They will pay you for clicks.

C. Add your links. The process is usually very simple. With most sites, it's just copy and paste. Try to keep related items on a page.

D. Now for the real work- Promotion. You need to let people know you're out there.

You'll need to make sure your site is search engine optimized. There are lots of sites with info on how to do that. There are also programs to automate the procedure. You want the search engines to find you.

You can use play-per-click to get visitors to your site through site such as Google or Yahoo. The cost may not be justified in the beginning.
What you need to do to get off to a faster start is promote your site or page on: Twitter, Digg, FaceBook, YouTube, blogs, forums, newgroups etc.,etc. They're all free and when you post, you will usually see immediate visitation.
Write an article related to your content and submit it through one the article submission sites - http://ezinearticles.com

E. Check your reports - affiliate programs usually have many reports so you can evaluate your promotions and the success of individual links.

Bookmark us - content will be updated regularly.

Get a jump start with these programs. These money-back guarantee programs CAN help!
